Dawn McCollough

Dawn McCollough is the Vice President, Head of Clinical Operations at Rectify Pharma. She brings over 30 years of pharmaceutical and biotech experience, having led global clinical development and operations programs from IND to NDA across a wide range of therapeutic areas and contributed to the development of approximately 27 commercialized drugs. Throughout her career, Dawn has built and led large teams at organizations of all sizes and has served in senior executive roles with board-level participation. She has co-founded several small biotech companies and founded/led a consulting organization focused on clinical trial and clinical development expertise, supporting the build-out of numerous successful biotech companies and M&As. Previously in her career, Dawn held senior roles at major pharmaceutical companies including Novartis and Biogen, where she was recognized as a top female leader and selected for Biogen’s Women’s Leadership Development Program. Dawn earned a B.A. in History from Temple University and completed two post-baccalaureate pre-health programs at the University of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy & Science.
